On November 15, 2017, the Forsyth Institute hosted a panel discussion entitled: Innovating at the Intersection of Care and Need Disparities and Oral Health in America.  The purpose of the discussion was to examine the state of oral health in the United States and examine potential paths to improve the current situation.

Panelists included:

  • Wenyuan Shi, PhD: Chief Executive Officer and Chief Scientific Officer at the Forsyth Institute
  • Hugh Silk, MD, MPH: Professor, Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, UMASS Medical School
  • Mike Monopoli, DMD, MPH, MS:  Executive Director of the Dentaquest Foundation
