My PhD research was focused on gastric microbes associated gastric diseases in Trivandrum, Kerala population. We reported for the first time, existence of M. abscessus in gastric epithelium. My primary research focus in Bor lab is to understand the impact of TM7 and its host bacteria on innate immunity, both at the cellular and organism level.
