Research Assistant, Mark Welch Lab/Microbiology
I am a research assistant in Jessica Mark Welch’s lab, working on studying the spatial ecology of bacterial consortia in the human oral microbiome. Currently I am working on expanding our group’s imaging and FISH capabilities to better understand the organization of dense microbial aggregates at the micron-scale.
