Walter Pressey is Chairman of the Board, Program in Cellular and Molecular Medicine / Immune Disease Institute, a non-profit medical research firm affiliated with the Harvard Medical School and Children’s Hospital in Boston.
For over fourteen years, he held the position of President and Vice Chairman, CFO of Boston Private Financial Holdings, a wealth management company.
Prior to joining Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc., Walt served in various senior executive capacities at Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company and its parent, The Boston Company.
Walt was also the President and a Member of the Board of Governors of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Boston and had served as a Director of the Harvard Business School and Harvard Alumni Association.
Walt currently serves on the Board of Advisors, Patina Solutions and as a Member of the Finance Committee, Children’s Hospital Boston.
Walt graduated from the University of Vermont and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
