Funders take active role in participant selection
Over 50 startups from all over the world have submitted applications to participate in the Forsyth dentech 2023 presentation competition. Now in its third year, the event is drawing its largest group of investors to date and they are taking an active role in the selecting the technology they want pitched. This year, applications are being reviewed by senior executives from:
- The Abova Fund
- Care Capital
- CareQuest Innovation Partners
- Delta Dental of AZ
- Delta Dental of CA
- Dental Innovation Alliance
- Hyfinity
- The law firm of Locke Lord
- Pacific Dental Services
- Revere Capital
- Senior scientists and clinicians from Forsyth
These reviewers will also be judging the competition in person at Forsyth dentech 2023. This event is your chance to pitch your company to investors who are specifically interested in oral health technology.
Closed shark-tank style session
This year, we are also pleased to announce that the top four companies pitching at Forsyth dentech will also be invited to participate in a closed “Shark-Tank”-style session.
The participating panelists for this session will include senior fund and company executives. Attendance at this event will be by invitation only and will focus on the highest-scoring firms and the companies interested in investing in them.
As in past years, the top two companies will be awarded a cash prize.
