Participants may attend the conference either in-person or virtually. On-site space is limited.
By registering and/or attending Forsyth dentech 2022 you grant Forsyth the right in perpetuity to use your name, biography, image and likeness, and in the case of a company, the company’s name and logo, in connection with Forsyth’s activities, including, but not limited to, advertising and publicizing Forsyth dentech 2022 and the Forsyth oral health innovation ecosystem.
Participants authorize Forsyth dentech 2022 organizers to contact them via email and acknowledge and agree that Forsyth is authorized to disclose participant’s name and contact information (including, but not limited to, e-mail address, employer name and title, and phone number) in the Forsyth dentech directory which Forsyth may make available to Forsyth dentech conferences and Forsyth oral health innovation participants.
In the event Participant is attending the Forsyth event on behalf of a company, Participant grants Forsyth such rights in the company’s name and logo, and represents and warrants that Participant has the authority to do so.
Forsyth dentech continues to prioritize conference participants/attendees’ health and safety as we return to in-person events. We are using guidance from federal, state, and local health departments, event health and security experts, and many others while continuing to monitor and evaluate the current landscape and recommended safety precautions for Forsyth dentech 2022. By registering for this event, a Participant agrees to abide by the Health and Safety Protocols put in place by Forsyth for Forsyth dentech 2022, taking place September 14 – 16, 2022 and which are outlined on Forsyth’s website.
